Access control
Are Oy is responsible for access control in Turku Technologies’ premises. All tenants have a designated key person who has the right to order keys for the organisation's employees. All requests related to keys and access tags must be sent electronically to avaimet(a)teknologiakinteistot.fi. The keys are ready within three business days of placing the order, and access tags are activated within 48 hours.
Keys and access tags are picked up and returned to ElectroCity's lobby service on weekdays between 08.00 and 16.00. The ordering party is always notified of ready access tags by e-mail. You need to present your ID to receive named keys.
Security
Avarn Security is responsible for security and order at Turku Technology Properties’ premises. The security service can be reached 24/7 on the emergency number 010 620 2000.
For emergency situations, there is a rescue plan for each property, which contains instructions about dangerous situations and meeting places specific to the property. The link to the rescue plan for each property can be found below.
