The largest owner of Teknologiakiinteistöt is Hemsö, a property investment company specializing in public properties, which owns 52.5 percent of Teknologiakiinteistöt. The company's other owners are the City of Turku and Turku University of Applied Sciences.

Studies in Business Administration, born 1972, member of the Board since Feb 25, 2020, and Vice Chairman of the Board since March 2020. He is the CFO and Deputy CEO of Hemsö AB. Previously, he has worked as CFO at Hemsö and Kunsleden.
Jarkko Leinonen

Aleksi Randell

Previously, he has served as the Mayor of Turku and Chairman of the City Board of Turku, as well as Special Adviser to the Minister of Transport and Communications.
