The story of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt
Teknologiakiinteistöt was established in 2010 from a need to develop Turku Science Park. The attractiveness of the premises in the area had declined, and rents were stagnant. Ownership of the premises was divided among several parties who competed for the same customers and were unwilling to invest in developing the properties.

Responsibility guides all of Teknologiakiinteistöt’s operations. The environment, society, as well as owners and stakeholders are taken into account in everything the company does, whether it concerns construction, people’s well-being, or future planning.
The realization of responsibility is closely monitored with various metrics, which show that Teknologiakiinteistöt has succeeded excellently in its responsibility efforts. And why wouldn’t it, as the company invests significantly in employee well-being, new buildings are constructed according to the requirements of respected environmental certifications, and guided exercise and breakfast events are organized for people working in the Science Park.
