Studies in business administration, born 1972, member of the Board of Directors since 25 February 2020, and Vice Chairman of the Board since March 2020. She is the CFO and Deputy CEO of Hemsö AB. Previously, she worked as CFO at Hemsö and Kunsleden.
Jarkko Leinonen
M.Sc. (Tech.), born 1971, member of the Board of Directors since 4 April 2019. He is the Country Manager for Hemsö in Finland. Previously, he worked as Director of Real Estate at Aalto University and Real Estate Development Director at Renor.
Aleksi Randell
M.Soc.Sc., born 1975, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 27 April 2018. He is the Director General of Rakennusteollisuus RT ry. Previously, he worked as the Mayor of Turku, Chairman of the Turku City Board, and Special Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Communications.
Essi Sten
EMBA, LL.M., born 1973, member of the Board of Directors since 20 March 2025. She is a founding partner of COARES Partners Oy and a professional board member. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate management roles, having previously worked as, among others, Director of Real Estate Business at Taaleri and Country Manager at Hemfosa and PATRIZIA.
Juha Sumentola
Attorney-at-law, Trained on the bench, born 1960, Secretary of the Board of Directors since 26 August 2015. He is a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Asianajotoimisto Astrea Oy. He has worked as an attorney specializing in corporate law since 1988.
Jarkko Virtanen
M.Soc.Sc., born 1964, member of the Board of Directors since 17 May 2023. She is the Ownership Steering Director for the City of Turku and previously worked as the Deputy Mayor of Turku.
