Property Management
The Managing Director of the property companies, also known as the property manager, for properties owned by Teknologiakiinteistöt is Jani Jeromaa. Waste Management and Recycling
Teknologiakiinteistöt aims for a 100% recycling rate, and we strive to make the journey of waste from the office recycling bin to final processing as smooth as possible. Each property in Turku Science Park has its own waste collection point.
The following waste fractions are currently collected in Teknologiakiinteistöt buildings: energy waste, paper, cardboard, glass, metal, plastic, biowaste, WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment), fluorescent tubes, and batteries/accumulators.
Waste sorting at the office
The condition for efficient waste management is that waste is sorted correctly at its point of origin. It is the responsibility of all Teknologiakiinteistöt tenants to ensure that they have the right type and sufficient number of waste bins in their offices. We encourage all our customers to recycle effectively and will provide guidance on waste instructions and labeling of waste bins if needed.

Property Maintenance
Kiinteistönhuollosta ja kulunvalvonnasta Turun Teknologiakiinteistöjen tiloissa vastaa Are Oy. Huoltopyynnöt lähetetään sähköisesti lomakkeella, joka kannattaa täyttää mahdollisimman tarkasti, jotta pyyntö voidaan käsitellä nopeasti huoltoyhtiössä. Myös ilmoittajan tiedot pyydetään mahdollista yhteydenottoa varten. Huoltopyynnön voi lähettää sähköisesti allaolevasta linkistä. Kiireellisissä asioissa yhteyttä kannattaa ottaa soittamalla Aren palvelunumeroon (toimii ympäri vuorokauden): 020 530 5700.
Access Control
Are Oy is responsible for access control at Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. All tenants have a designated key person authorized to order keys for their organization's employees. All requests related to keys and access cards must be sent electronically to avaimet(a)teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are made within three business days of ordering, and access cards are activated within 48 hours.
Keys and access cards are collected and returned to the BioCity lobby services on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The requester is always notified by email when access cards are ready, and designated keys are handed over upon presentation of identification.
Security
Turvallisuudesta ja järjestyksestä Turun Teknologiakiinteistöjen tiloissa vastaa vartiointipalvelu Avarn Security. Vartiointipalvelu on tavoitettavissa ympäri vuorokauden auki olevasta päivystysnumerosta 010 620 2000. Hätätilanteita varten jokaisella kiinteistöllä on pelastussuunnitelma, josta löytyvät vaaratilanteita koskevat ohjeet sekä kiinteistökohtaiset kokoontumispaikat.
