Specialty coffees and teas

Service prices are determined by the area to be cleaned, the intended use of the premises, and the materials. The content of the service is always agreed upon together with the customer, and if necessary, the agreement can also include sanitary supplies, a floor mat service, or seasonal cleaning such as window washing.

Teknologiakiinteistöt's office spaces are always implemented according to the customers' needs. To clarify preferences and simplify space planning, we have created ready-made interior design concepts for our offices, which include everything from surface materials to furniture, lighting, and textiles.
Depending on the interior design concept, a very different atmosphere can be created in the space, from luxurious to relaxed, and from dynamic to calm. There are a total of three different interior concepts, each featuring three different color palettes, all offering a unique experience to the users of the space.
In interior design, we also consider solutions that support the well-being of the premises. Natural elements, lighting, and sensory friendliness are part of an ensemble that supports concentration and comfort in everyday life.
Science Park Workouts
Teknologiakiinteistöt organizes weekly Science Park workouts, where employees of our client companies can exercise for free under the guidance of professionals from M&M Kuntotalo. The workouts are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at M&M Kuntotalo's facilities, and their content varies weekly.
You will receive an invitation to the workouts by subscribing to our customer newsletter to your work email. Every month, a two-month gym pass to M&M Kuntotalo and a product package are raffled among the participants. The workouts are free and intended for customers of Teknologiakiinteistöt and Werstas.
