The ready-made meeting packages are suitable for both smaller and larger groups – from team, planning, and strategy days to corporate parties. At Joki, the meeting day flows naturally, and participants can focus fully on the work at hand in Turku Science Park.

Meeting package ½ day

This package is suitable for shorter meetings, workshops, and intensive planning sessions.

This package includes a space selected by Joki's service team. Additionally, the half-day meeting package includes morning coffee and lunch.

Organizing an event at Joki is easy, as in addition to the premises, you get access to comprehensive services, ranging from catering to event technology and video production to performers. During the event, Joki's meeting coordinator is also on-site, taking care of practical arrangements and ensuring that the event runs as planned, allowing you to focus on the event itself.

What is Joki?

Joki is an event venue located in Turku Science Park, where you can easily organize meetings, seminars, and corporate parties. Joki's versatile spaces work for both small groups and large audiences, and under the same roof, you also get all the services needed for a successful event.

Joki is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kupittaa train station and the Helsinki motorway, a couple of kilometers from the Turku Market Square. It is easy to reach Joki by bus, bike, or on foot, and for private cars, there are several parking garages nearby.
