Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's new space booking system is now in use! All our event and meeting spaces can now be booked from one single address varaus.teknologiakiinteistot.fi.
The Spacent booking system and the Vierailukeskusjoki.fi online store have been discontinued as of October 1st. Any existing contract information for your company has been automatically transferred to the new system, and no new separate contracts are required.
How to get started
Main users (Company account managers)
- 1. Go to varaus.teknologiakiinteistot.fi, create a user account with your company email, and activate/create your company account.
- 2. Check your company's basic information and visible balance (if applicable).
- 3. You can invite your company employees to be users from the portal's management view.

Basic users (Room bookers)
- 1. Create a personal account with your company email at varaus.teknologiakiinteistot.fi (or join via the invitation link sent by the main user).
- 2. Browse spaces, view availability, and make a booking for your desired time immediately.

Werstas customers
Your hourly contract balances are now displayed as a euro-denominated usage benefit, which corresponds to your existing agreement.
Joki room bookings
You can book event and meeting spaces at Visitor Centre Joki.
