GeneCity

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is constructing a pharmaceutical factory for Biovian Oy, a company specializing in the contract development and manufacturing of biological drugs. The project includes a single-story production facility, lobby and office spaces spread over three floors, and social, storage, and utility rooms in the building's basement. The site plan also accounts for Biovian's potential future need to expand their facilities, allowing for an additional 2,400 square meters to be built adjacent to GeneCity. Rakennustoimisto Lundén is responsible for the construction of GeneCity. The building is being developed according to the LEED v4 Platinum certification level.
