The property's waste containers are located in the waste room next to the ICT-City loading dock.
Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to fractions. However, due to limited space, the cleaners have to combine fractions in the carts, but they are properly sorted at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. You can submit a defect report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services, such as cleaning, coffee machine, network connection or maintenance of green plants, can be ordered for your own premises from Teknologiakiinteistöt. It is always good to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving work, please ensure that floor and wall surfaces are protected if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the move, and maintenance routes (loading docks/basement facilities) should be used whenever possible. External doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the moving vehicle and the interior. More information about moving can be obtained from our lobby service on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 010 315 3015.
Incoming mail is delivered to the office premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and visitor parking areas in Turun Tiedepuisto are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For observations and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for the buildings' outdoor areas at Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.
Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, the basement of EduCity, and the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.
The charging points for contract parking are available to customers who have entered into a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is used for the duration of the charging, and the vehicle must be moved away from the charging point once charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging points cannot be booked in advance, and the spaces are intended only for electric and hybrid cars during charging. Misuse will result in a control fee.
