The bike parking at ParkCity in Turun Tiedepuisto is now in use. The locked bike parking facility on Joukahaisenkatu has space for 90 bicycles.
The ground-floor bike parking at ParkCity offers 90 spaces with frame-locking capability. The location is convenient for those working or studying in the Science Park, as well as for those using the Kupittaa railway station, as it allows you to keep your vehicle in a secure, locked space.
The bike parking uses the Spacent app, which you can download to your phone. Simply type ParkCity into the app's search field to see parking availability and select a date. Upon booking, you will receive a code to unlock the door to the bike parking area. Daily parking is available for €5 + VAT. Payment is made by credit card.

Remember the city bikes too
Turku's city bikes, or city bikes, are once again visible in the Science Park, as bike stations are located in front of PharmaCity, on Lenkkipolku, at the end of ICT-City on the ElectroCity side, on Joukahaisenkatu near the main entrance of the UAS, and in front of EuroCity. Bike stations can also be found at the Turku University of Applied Sciences Lemppari building and at the Kupittaa sports hall. The number of bikes at stations changes quickly, so it is recommended to check the status in the Föli route guide.
There are 700 city bikes in the city and over 100 bike stations. The locations of the stations can be found in the Föli route guide, the Turku service map, and the Donkey Republic app. The electronic tire lock on the bikes is opened and closed using the Donkey Republic app, where you can also see details regarding your rental.
