Arken
Arken is a 13-building complex used by Åbo Akademi's Faculty of Arts, Psychology and Theology, located near the Aura River. The buildings contain teaching facilities, offices, a library, and an underground parking garage with 59 spaces. Arken's original buildings were constructed between 1850 and 1930 and offer an interesting overview of Finnish industrial architecture. The Åbo Akademi Foundation carried out extensive renovations in the block between 2001 and 2004, and additional new buildings were constructed on the plot. The original buildings in the complex are protected. Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt acquired Arken from the Åbo Akademi Foundation in 2025.

All questions regarding keys and access rights, as well as tenant key orders, are handled via avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal, and the loss of a key must be reported as soon as possible.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner, Coor, delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste station according to waste fractions. Due to limited space, cleaners may have to combine fractions in carts, but they are sorted appropriately at the recycling station. Different fractions should be clearly marked so the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's premises. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

You can order various premises services to your own space from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, internet connection, or plant maintenance. Usage rights to shower and locker room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity are available for purchase. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving work, floor and wall surfaces should be protected if necessary, and the building's freight elevator should be used primarily, if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the move, and service routes (loading docks/basement facilities) should be used whenever possible. Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the moving truck and the indoor spaces. Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and visitor parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas. Charging points are located in BioCity's visitor parking area (floor -1), in the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, in the EduCity basement, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in ParkCity's visitor parking.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
