Responsibility has been a natural part of our operations since the company was founded, even if it was not always explicitly stated in the early years.
Sustainability work began with improving energy efficiency: in 2015, we implemented
a joint project with Siemens and the University of Turku, which defined the roadmap
for improving energy efficiency. We have been implementing these measures consistently for over 10 years.
Our sustainability work broadly covers energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy,
customer satisfaction and employee well-being. We have achieved good results, but our journey continues.
I believe that responsibility is also built on small everyday actions that together create a significant impact. Responsibility is the foundation of our business, and every decision is made in a way that it can be justified from the perspective of responsibility.

In the long term, responsible business is always profitable. Certified properties, such as LEED ratings, support this goal and enable better financing terms, while also appealing to tenants. Together with our partners and subcontractors, we build long-term
relationships, where the deciding factor is not just price, but quality and responsibility. In our opinion, a responsible operator is always a better choice than the cheapest option.
Employee well-being is important to us. We invest in competence, offer fully comprehensive
occupational healthcare, and the opportunity for regular training. For many, work is an important part of their identity, and a lot of time is spent at work. We strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable and well. In the long term, responsibility ensures competitiveness and sustainable growth.
