Looking for consumption data for your premises' emission calculations? Last year's property-specific data can now be found on our website.
The 2024 property-specific energy and water consumption data has now been updated on our website. The data can be found at the bottom of each property's own page. The pages display the property's electricity, district heating, and water consumption, as well as consumption figures per square meter. In addition, the pages include the emission factor for district heating, which is 38.1 kgCO2/MWh for all our properties.
– An increasing number of organizations calculate their annual emissions for their sustainability reports. To facilitate our customers' work, we have compiled the property data on our website, says Erkki Oikarinen, Risk Management and Sustainability Manager at Teknologiakiinteistöt.
The electricity and cooling used by Teknologiakiinteistöt have long been emission-free, and at the turn of 2025, the company also switched to a district heating product that produces no emissions at all, as it does not use fossil fuels in its production.
– The emission-free nature of district heating is a big deal not only for us but also for all our customers, and it also significantly simplifies sustainability reporting, as all emissions related to our premises have now been minimized. As a company belonging to the Turku City Group, we have made commitments regarding emission reductions, and the carbon-neutrality of electricity, district heating, and cooling is an important part of this whole.
