We are now looking for a permanent Customer and Service Specialist to support our customer and service teams and help strengthen our customer-oriented culture.
As a Customer and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operational support of the customer and service teams, as well as the maintenance and development of customer information, contract data, and digital tools. You will work at the interface of accounts, premises services, coworking services, and key management, and participate actively in the digitalization of operating methods and the development of the customer experience. The position offers a broad view of the real estate business and an opportunity to develop into future expert and management roles.
What do we expect from you?
• Relevant education or experience in similar roles
• Good IT skills and fluent use of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Ability to adopt new systems and operating models quickly
• A careful, systematic and proactive approach to work
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• A desire to develop operating methods and utilize digital solutions in your work
• Interest in utilizing artificial intelligence in areas such as information retrieval, documentation, customer communication, and work organization
Experience with CRM, ERP, KOKI or real estate systems, as well as utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or other similar AI solutions, is considered an advantage.
